Commission rates
Commissions are recurring. As long as a school you onboarded remains a paying subscriber, you earn a percentage of their monthly subscription. Rates increase as your active school portfolio grows.
Example: Silver Reseller with 10 schools
10 schools × average Growth plan ($69/month) × 25% commission = $172.50/month in recurring income. As schools upgrade to Professional ($149/month), monthly earnings increase automatically without additional sales effort.
Reseller responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
- Identify and approach schools that would benefit from RedeemOS
- Present the platform accurately using current pricing and official materials
- Register every prospect in the Partner Portal before the first demo
- Obtain signed subscription agreements with schools
Onboarding
- Conduct initial school setup or accompany the school through the self-setup wizard
- Ensure all primary users are registered and trained
- Confirm the school is active on the platform within 30 days of sign-up
- Report onboarding blockers within 48 hours
Ongoing Support (Level 1)
- Handle first-line queries: login issues, navigation, basic how-to questions
- Escalate complex issues to RedeemOS support with a clear summary
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with each school client
Account Management
- Renew subscriptions proactively (notify schools 30 days before expiry)
- Identify upsell opportunities (plan upgrades, module add-ons)
- Keep contact and payment details up to date in the Partner Portal

How do I apply?

Is there a cost to join?
No. No upfront fees or certification costs.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month and paid by the 10th via bank transfer, Mobile Money, or reseller account credit. Minimum payout is $50.
What support do I provide to schools?
First-line support: login issues, navigation, basic how-to. Complex issues are escalated to RedeemOS support.
Can I white-label RedeemOS?
Yes. White-label branding (custom domain + logo) is available as a paid add-on. Contact partners@redeemos.com.
